Everton vs Bournemouth – Match Preview

Everton entertain the Cherries at Goodison park at 3pm. We’ll check in to see what both have to offer.

It’s been a tough run for Everton in the league going into this one, but, this is the first of the lesser fixtures that Everton will have earmarked as a 3 point outcome.

Everton pushed aside Sunderland on Wednesday night in the Carabao Cup with a weaker side. Two goals from Dominic Calvert-Lewin and one from the returning Oumar Niasse lead the Blues to a 3-0 win. Calvert-Lewin was probably Wednesday’s MOTM, but there were some very positive showing from Davy Klaassen, Nikola Vlasic and as ever Tom Davies. All of the above will be disappointed not to start todays game.

Bournemouth travel to Goodison in search of only their 2nd 3 points of the season. Eddie Howe’s side have really struggle to build momentum so far in this campaign, but, he will be hoping bring his team up to his boyhood club may work in his favour.
Much like Everton, Bournemouth have only won once, so it could make for a pretty open games in periods today.
