The Mirror haven’t been all that far off with knowing Everton related transfers before everyone else so far this window. Sandro Ramirez was broke a whole week before the signing was announced, their figures where spot as well.
So, next up to get the ‘Mirror to Everton’ treatment is Gylfi Sigurdsson. The Swansea midfielder has already been heavily linked with a move to Goodison quite readily in the current window.
The newspaper have reported that Sigurdsson will move to Everton having the clubs agree a £30mil deal. Everton are also said to be ready to offer the Icelandic international £130k a week to make the switch.
Sigurdsson is said to be keen on a move away from the Liberty stadium with Everton looking like the only genuine suitors.
Sigurdsson has been key to Swansea holding onto Premier League footbal in the last couple of seasons, proving he has the ability to lead a team. The midfielder is a definite dead ball specialist and is attack minded with his passing.
The Mirror reported that the deal could be completed on early next week, following the announcement of Wayne Rooney.
