Everton will break transfer record for Dembele

On Sunday morning Evertonian’s where met with some exciting headlines that their club maybe willing to part with a club record amount of cash in order to bring Moussa Dembele to Goodison park.

BBC Sport reported that their sources had discovered Everton’s interest in the current Celtic forward, whilst also recognising the French internationals current market value.

Romelu Lukaku looks all but set to part company with the toffees, but it looks like Ronald Koeman and co aren’t about to let their prized asset leave the club before finding his replacement.

The Blues have finally began to find their feet in a transfer window acquiring the services of Davy Klaassen and Jordan Pickford so far, with many more seemingly set for a Goodison switch.

Although there is some apprehension that Dembélé has been playing in the SPL and the standard may well not be as high as the Premier League, it is thought that Celtic’s star man would cut it in most leagues in Europe.
